With the 50TEL phone system we now have many new features that we didn’t have with our old phone system.  The unlimited lines are great.  I also enjoy the voicemail to email feature during the off-season.  I no longer have to call in and check messages.  If there is a voicemail left it emails a .wav file directly to my email which also comes to my smart phone.  We also really like the custom messages that 50TEL did for us including the custom on-hold music.  We also now have a way to easily transfer clients to both the federal and state  hotlines for checking the status of their refund.
